STARICEPH WEB 6.0.1 — build 2026.10.29.1 Release date: 29 October 2026 (Asia/Manila) STARICEPH connects delivery crews and dispatchers through phone-based routes, loads, sales, collections, messages and a fleet command map. Web release 6.0.1 reduces repeated downloads with compact unchanged-data responses, lossless transfer compression and a route map that loads when opened. GPS recording rules and dispatch-check intervals are retained. Changes - Opt-in, in-memory read snapshots: full data on first load or any change; compact unchanged response otherwise. Old web clients retain their existing full response contract. - Lossless gzip transfer compression for JSON, JavaScript, CSS and SVG where Apache mod_deflate is available. Private APIs retain no-store behavior. - The phone route map initializes on opening its tab. Marker position updates do not repeatedly reset the map view; changed routes can still refit the map. - Delivery/message poll guards avoid overlapping requests, while keeping the current polling cadence. - Accessible, dismissible viewport popups for watched runtime feedback on the driver and command screens. Important notices remain until acknowledged. This is not a portfolio-wide retrofit. - Versioned web assets and safe automatic service-worker staging. No APK installation is needed for this web update. Server compression benefits existing sessions immediately. Updated browser code is obtained on a subsequent online load; a waiting service worker activates after older app pages close naturally. Active delivery screens are not forcibly reloaded, and saved GPS and transaction queues are retained. Verification 193 PHP tests passed, 879 assertions. 26 JavaScript tests passed. Sample unchanged operations response: 5,167 bytes full versus 191 bytes compact (96.3% smaller before compression). This is a response-body comparison, not a measured reduction in a real phone's daily usage. Before deployment, six sampled live static files totaled 366,345 bytes uncompressed; local gzip totaled 96,406 bytes (73.7% less). Final live transfer evidence is recorded separately. Verified in Windows Edge using the actual application and isolated sample records, at desktop and emulated phone sizes. Physical-phone, locked-screen and live delivery-day data-use verification remain pending. Browser GPS may pause while a phone is locked; the existing optional Android tracker is a separate component and was not updated in this release. Requirements Authorized STARICEPH account and registered delivery device; a current JavaScript-enabled browser and HTTPS location permission. Android/iPhone browsers for the web portal; desktop browser for dispatch. Native Android tracker version/signing identity are unchanged. No web installer is offered. Illustration AI-generated illustration of fictional colleagues using actual STARICEPH 6.0.1 screens with sample records. Windows Edge captures; phone viewport emulated. Not a customer testimonial or physical-device field test. Generated fine details may vary; original captures are linked below. Next measurement Compare transferred bytes per endpoint on one representative delivery day, including mobile map-provider traffic and office command sessions. GPS batching remains a separate opportunity: this release preserves all existing point-recording behavior.
