JuanClick 1.36.0 — October 22, 2026 (Asia/Manila) Optional customer appointment requests and a captioned guide Barber and salon owners open Appointments -> Customer requests & settings. New requests are OFF by default. Enabling requires a published visible shop, reviewed prices, a team member and explicit owner consent to review requests. Customers reach the request form from the public shop page and sign in with their existing JuanClick account. The existing shop-return flow brings them back after sign-in/registration. Customers provide contact, a short service note, Manila start time and 15–240-minute duration, at least 30 minutes and at most 180 days ahead. Pending requests do not reserve staff or create a diary visit. They expire after 48 hours or five minutes before start; up to three pending requests per customer and ten submissions per hour. Repeat submission keys return the original record. Phone validation now requires 7–15 actual digits and rejects punctuation-only values. Only the customer and shop-owner account can read the request; administrators and unrelated members have no bypass. The owner agrees on the exact time, duration and service, then selects a team member and accepts, or declines with a response. Acceptance and diary creation are one transaction with overlap checks. A competing acceptance cannot double-book the same team member. Existing requests remain accessible when new requests are switched off. Confirmed customer visits cannot be edited/rescheduled silently through the private diary. Cancel with a reason and ask for a new request. Customers can cancel pending requests and confirmed planned visits before arrival; the linked diary cancellation and release happen atomically. Stale versions are rejected. Owner arrival, completion, nonattendance or cancellation is reflected in the customer status. The customer request page does not expose owner diary notes/history or later private contact edits. Request replies and customer cancellation reasons remain in shared private history. Refresh status or reopen My requests to check changes. Automatic messages, customer reminders, closed-app notifications, calendar synchronization, online payments, stock reservations, sales and team-queue automation are NOT included. The owner must review requests and arrange actual service/price; current staff duty is not a future working-hours schedule. Owner request lists show up to 100 records, pending first. New guide: guides.html#appointments, 1 minute 57 seconds, seven actual current screenshots, computer-generated local narration, English captions, full transcript and original links. No autoplay; load on Play. The prior 1.34 overview/shop/PDF and 1.30 Classroom/Study Buddy videos retain explicit version labels. Verification: 51 request domain checks, 12 edge/privacy checks, 57 diary regression checks, 23 workflow/layout checks in each of Chrome 156/Firefox 151/WebKit 26.5, and six settings/request validation checks. Eighteen expanded Chrome layouts passed selected axe-core rules. Synthetic accounts only; physical devices, actual shop pilots and screen-reader certification are not claimed. Public layout/video checks accompany publication. Three additive tables; production request settings default off and no test appointments/customers are seeded. Source/database backup, concurrency guards, package hashes, account/integrity checks and maintained-source synchronization precede/verify publication. Ten current release captures, seven guide captures, two labeled generated illustrations, prompts, source/media package and evidence are preserved. Both portfolios and existing MyApps are refreshed. JuanClick is web-only; refresh for the hosted update, with no installer or native update feed. Still pending: real operator/grower/shop/classroom pilots, physical GPS/microphone/headset checks, Google consent and hosted scheduling, Facebook/email recovery setup, optional paid AI/billing, online payments, semantic learning/OCR/uploaded-audio transcription and full document/slide-layout editing. TNVS rates remain inactive pending equivalent current comparison.
